Arrival : The chalet is available from 2:30 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know.
Departure: Please vacate your SENHOOG chalet by 11 a.m. on your departure day. Our host will personally bid you farewell the evening before your departure.
A large Senhoog gourmet breakfast is included in all service packages except Senhoog4friends (chalet rental only).
In Leogang, we provide you with free guest cards. These allow you to take advantage of exclusive benefits, discounts, and reductions.
All our SENHOOGS have free Wi-Fi, which you can turn on and off as you please. You will receive the access details and password upon arrival.

Your four-legged family member is very welcome in our SENHOOG Chalet. Please let us know before your arrival that you are traveling with a dog. This will allow us to prepare our free dog package for you. We charge a flat rate of €90 per dog per stay. We kindly ask you to ensure that your dog does not lie on the beds or upholstered furniture.
If you would like to include lunch or dinner, or both, in your Senhoog getaway, please book the appropriate service package. You can find all the information here . We also recommend Leogang's excellent cuisine with a dine-around.
You are welcome to enjoy massages directly in the chalet. We are happy to assist you in arranging appointments with our competent health partners.
The minimum stay depends on the booked service package and current last-minute availability. During holiday periods, only weekly bookings are possible.
Depending on the service package chosen, a private chef can be booked separately or is included in the scope of services. You can find all the information here.
Each chalet is equipped with a large heated infinity pool and a private spa where you can relax 24/7.
Smoking is not permitted in the SENHOOG chalets. Outdoors, terraces and garden areas are available.
The housekeeping team is available as an inclusive service depending on the service package booked. Final cleaning is not charged separately.
Anything can happen. Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. This will cover you against cancellation fees in the event of delayed arrival, early departure, or non-arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are happy to assist you with arranging shuttle services. Depending on the service package booked, private shuttles are included.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For shorter periods, we will endeavor to rent the chalet to other guests. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount is due.

In each of our SENHOOG chalets, you'll find an unlimited supply of towels and bathrobes. Our high-quality bed linens are changed every 7 days. A Miele washing machine and dryer, along with washing powder, are also at your disposal.
