EAT WELL
Less than 10 minutes from the Senhoog Chalets, Leogang reveals itself as a culinary hotspot: True taste pioneers are at work here, and culinary connoisseurs and gourmets will find their fill. The concentration of Michelin awards and Gault & Millau toques in one region is truly unique!

At the Unterreiner siblings, Michelin (1 star) and Gault & Millau
(4 toques) also like: Those who choose the Kirchenwirt can expect something special: The young kitchen crew in this old, traditional inn creates a perfect balance between down-to-earth cuisine with flair and pub culture with international dishes. The wine cellar is unbeatable.

If you're craving delicious grilled food, Flo's Mama Thresl is the place to be. The Grill & Chill, with its open kitchen, serves crisp salads, fine steaks, delicious burgers from the lava stone grill, and tarte flambée.
Our culinary journey through Leogang starts at the Hüttwirt , where many recipes from Grandma's recipe book are interpreted in a family-friendly and clever way and you can enjoy fine regional flavors: for example, venison ragout, Blaufränkisch risotto or Fieberbrunn char.

Continuing with "hearty and refined," the Krallerhofalm is a legend! A restaurant, pizzeria, bar, and evening spot all rolled into one. Countless antique pieces give the restaurant its incomparably rustic charm. The excellent cuisine is renowned, and the pizza from the wood-fired oven is legendary! The menu features many delicious regional dishes, as well as international specialties. From simple dishes to sophisticated delicacies.

At the gourmet restaurant Dahoam Riederalm, Andreas Herbst follows in the footsteps of Alpine cuisine native to Salzburgerland. With a wealth of curiosity, creativity, and local ingredients, he creates exceptional dishes that have earned him one Michelin star and four Gault Millau toques.

At "Huwi's Alm" in Priesteregg, right across from the Senhoog Chalets, things are cozy – you'll be enchanted by culinary delights in a rustic setting. Tip: the Hut meal!

A word that resonates, flows, and is powerful at once: Mizūmi . It stands for the water and the lake that surrounds the restaurant. Named after this Japanese word, Mizūmi is entirely dedicated to Far Eastern culinary culture. Here, you can expect Japanese specialties made from high-quality ingredients, along with an urban ambiance and sushi masters who let you watch over their shoulders in the open show kitchen.

Inspired by the culinary arts of bygone times , Restaurant 1617 invites you to a homage to the more than 400-year history of the Forsthof estate: Here, we celebrate local culinary traditions. We serve classic Austrian dishes, tastefully prepared using the finest regional ingredients. The atmospheric ambiance of the rustic farmhouse parlor complements this.
With his flair for creating a unique taste experience, Chef Michael Helfrich brings the diversity of the forest to the plate at the Silva fine dining restaurant at the Forsthofgut. Two menus provide variety: the Forest Menu with meat and fish, and the vegetarian-vegan Meadow Menu. Both versions combine regional ingredients according to the R50 principle with components from forests around the world and boast a rotating selection of signature dishes.

At the Speisemeisterei Zell am See, Irene & Tom have created a culinary oasis of the highest caliber! A 20-minute drive from the Senhoog Chalets, history meets modernity, with a generous dose of innovation. The Mediterranean-Asian cuisine is impressive! There's no distraction from the essentials.
Unobtrusive perfection on the plates, expert and personal service. A "private dining experience" with only 15 seats.
At MAYER's Restaurant at Schloss Prielau – a 20-minute drive from the Senhoog Chalets – Andreas Mayer, who has been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide and four toques by Gault Millau, leads his kitchen team. The gourmet cuisine is French-inspired, with bold flavors. Most of the produce comes directly from the area around Schloss Prielau and the Pinzgau region, some from the hotel's own farm.
The final stop is Leo's, with its charming hostess and the world's best pinsa, right in the heart of Leogang. A place to be in Leogang for Leogang, a place where young and old meet to celebrate, eat, and drink together.
