We - Edeltraud and Lutz Sperr - are passionate hoteliers and, in addition to our luxury chalets in Leogang, Austria, and the exclusive holiday homes on Sylt , we now run the country hotel "Rössle" in Rechenberg, Germany, which specializes in events, seminars, weddings, and special celebrations.
We love what we do! Our goal is to create a luxurious setting for our guests to enjoy a stay tailored to their needs.

We appreciate beautiful, high-quality things, details, and little things with that special something. We value architecture that combines design, comfort, and a sense of well-being.
YOUR PRIVATE WATER WORLD
When we travel, our idea of a vacation is, in short: being able to do anything, being free and safe – everything is there. And all this in an ambiance that's not only pleasing to the eye and sets creative accents, but is also comfortable and practical. With enough space for children, dogs, and everything else that wants to come along. With unique nooks and crannies to relax, gaze up at the sky, finally read that book, leaf through a newspaper in peace. Sitting in the middle of nature, having good conversations, and losing track of time in the private spa. Swimming without an audience and whenever you want. Starry skies or morning sun. Cooking together in the evening (or having someone cook for you :-), perhaps a barbecue or a midnight snack. Good conversations without having to watch the clock, no restaurant manager or bartender who's just about to close up...

That's exactly how we like to relax, especially on Sylt. Yes – and near our favorite neighbor, Austria, that would be great, we thought. Not so easy to find...
We were haunted by this one idea: to simply create the locations for our dream vacation ourselves, built in regional architecture with a special touch of luxury, both inside and out. Combined with everything we value: an ambiance full of design and well-being, rich in detail and simply beautiful, with exceptional service as the icing on the cake. The name was also quickly found: affectionate, memorable, and meaningful: SENHOOG means "sun hill" – a special place for retreat.
We started, of course, on Sylt, and then expanded our dream in Leogang in Salzburger Land. All the chalets and houses turned out exactly as we envisioned them. Experience timeless living in exclusive holiday homes with exceptional service.
