Arrival : The chalet is available from 2:30 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know.
Departure: Please vacate your SENHOOG chalet by 11 a.m. on your departure day. Our host will personally bid you farewell the evening before your departure.
Upon arrival, you'll find a complimentary first-time stock of your refrigerator, including sparkling wine, Parma ham, Milanese salami, cheese, grapes, juice, butter, and fresh bread. A Nespresso bar with coffee capsules, a Ronnefeldt tea bar, mineral water (medium and still), and a wine cabinet are also available. Upon request, we offer a shopping service for a fee.

Our SENHOOG holiday homes offer free Wi-Fi. You will receive the access details and password upon arrival.
Even our youngest guests are catered for in our SENHOOG holiday homes. If you're bringing a baby, please let us know when booking. We'll be happy to provide a Stokke Tripp-Trapp highchair, crib, play mat, Stokke Steps baby bouncer, baby monitor, bottle warmer, and much more. High-quality toys and books await older children.
Your four-legged family member is very welcome in our SENHOOG holiday homes. Please let us know before your arrival that you are traveling with a dog. This way, we can prepare our free dog package for you. We charge a flat rate of €90 per dog per stay. We kindly ask you to ensure that your dog does not lie on the beds or upholstered furniture.
You are welcome to enjoy massages directly in your holiday home. We are happy to assist you in arranging appointments with our competent health partners.
The minimum stay depends on the season and current last-minute availability. During holiday periods, only weekly bookings are possible.
In the luxury holiday home Leuchttumseele, the KLAFS Sanba Cube awaits you with a Bankirai terrace and comfortable loungers.
In the luxury holiday home Salzwasserherz you can enjoy wonderful wellness moments in a private spa bathhouse with KLAFS sauna, freestanding bathtub and three sun terraces
A WillGym outdoor fitness machine made of hot-dip galvanized steel and stainless steel strengthens the muscles in both houses.
Smoking is not permitted in the SENHOOG holiday homes. Outdoor areas include terraces and gardens.
Interim cleaning: For stays of 7 days or more, an interim cleaning is free of charge. We will be happy to arrange a date and time with you on-site. Additional cleanings are subject to a fee.
Final cleaning: Our SENHOOG holiday homes are professionally cleaned after each stay. The cost for this final cleaning is €290. For stays of 7 days or more, an interim cleaning is free of charge.
Anything can happen. Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. This will cover you against cancellation fees in the event of delayed arrival, early departure, or non-arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our hosts offer a free shuttle service from Westerland Airport or train station.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For shorter notice periods, we will endeavor to re-let the chalet to other guests. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount will be charged.
Please let us know in advance of any food intolerances so that we can adjust the initial contents of your refrigerator accordingly.
In each of our SENHOOG holiday homes, you'll find an unlimited supply of towels and bathrobes, as well as a beach bag with sun lounger towels. We change our high-quality bed linen every 7 days. A Miele washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent, are also provided.
Deposit: Have you received your booking confirmation/invoice from us? Then we ask you to pay a deposit of 20% of the invoice amount within two weeks, and the remaining amount no later than two weeks before arrival. The date of receipt of payment in our account is binding. If there are fewer than 14 days between contract conclusion and arrival, we ask you to pay the full amount.

Tourist tax: In Leogang, the tourist tax is €2 per person per day. Children under 18 are exempt from the tourist tax.
